FREE Pizza Slice Crochet Pattern

Materials:

-Weight 6 Yarn (I used Bernat Blanket in colors crimson, sunburst, and almond)(available here: https://amzn.to/3DZIFRz)

-Preferred hook size (I used 7mm)(available here: https://amzn.to/406Tzyb)

-Yarn needle (available here: https://amzn.to/3z08oGC)

-Stitch marker (available here: https://amzn.to/3TyN9p0)

-Stuffing (available here: https://amzn.to/40wnRKx)

-Safety eyes (I used 16mm)(available here: https://amzn.to/42r01Sc)

-Black yarn/ embroidery thread (available here: https://amzn.to/3RZEvPR)

Abbreviations:

-rnd(s)= round(s)

-ch= chain

-sc= single crochet

-mr= magic ring (or magic circle)

-sl st= slip stitch

-inc= sc 2 in the same st

-dec= sc 2 together

-fo= finish off

PATTERN:

Pepperonis (with red)(make 3):

Rnd 1: sc 4 in a mr, sl st into the first sc, fo with a long tail

Cheese (with yellow):

Row 1: ch 11 and turn, starting in the second ch from your hook sc 10 (10)

Row 2: ch 1 and turn, sc 10 (10)

Row 3: ch 1 and turn, dec, sc 6, dec (8)

Row 4: ch 1 and turn, sc 8 (8)

Row 5: ch 1 and turn, sc 8 (8)

Row 6: ch 1 and turn, dec, sc 4, dec (6)

Row 7: ch 1 and turn, sc 6 (6)

Row 8: ch 1 and turn, dec, sc 2, dec (4)

Row 9: ch 1 and turn, sc 4 (4)

Row 10: ch 1 and turn, dec twice (2)

Row 11: ch 1 and turn, dec (1)

-Fo with a long tail

Pizza Slice (with tan):

Rnd 1: sc 6 in a mr (6)

Rnd 2: inc around (12)

Rnd 3: inc, sc 1 and repeat around (18)

Rnd 4: sc 1 in each st around (18)

Rnd 5: inc, sc 2 and repeat around (24)

Rnds 6-13: sc 1 in each st around (24)

-STOP HERE and do the assembly steps!

-Stuff lightly

Row 14: fold and sc across to close, ch 1 and turn (12)

Row 15: inc twice, sc 1 in each until 2 sts remain, inc twice (16)

(Optional row 16: ch 1 and turn, sc across for a longer crust (16))

-Fo and weave in end

Assembly:

-Sew the cheese onto the top of the pizza slice

-Add safety eyes (I placed mine between rows 3 & 4 of the cheese about 4 stitches apart) and embroider mouth

-Sew the pepperonis onto the cheese
