FREE Mini No-Sew Frog Crochet Pattern

Materials:

-Weight 6 Yarn (I used Premier Just Chenille)(available here: https://premier-yarns.pxf.io/xkjNv1)

-Preferred hook size (I used 5mm)(available here: https://amzn.to/3lxwWUv)

-Yarn needle (available here: https://amzn.to/3z08oGC)

-Stitch marker (available here: https://amzn.to/3TyN9p0)

-Stuffing (available here: https://amzn.to/40wnRKx)

-Safety eyes (I used 6mm)(available here: https://amzn.to/42r01Sc)

-Black yarn/ embroidery thread (available here: https://amzn.to/3RZEvPR)

Abbreviations:

-rnd(s)= round(s)

-ch= chain

-sc= single crochet

-mr= magic ring (or magic circle)

-sl st= slip stitch

-inc= sc 2 in the same st

-dec= sc 2 together

-fo= finish off

NOTES:

-This is a mini pattern so it’s a super quick make! I use it for my mini claw machine at markets and for adding to keychains!

-Bobble stitches for rounds 4 and 6 should align to create the hands and feet. Depending on your yarn and tension you may need to adjust the placement of your bobble stitches.

PATTERN:

Rnd 1: sc 6 into a mr (6)

Rnd 2: inc twice, bobble st, inc twice, bobble st (10)(for bobble sts in this rnd pull through all the loops when 6 loops are left on your hook)

Rnd 3: inc, sc 4 and repeat around (12)

Rnd 4: sc 7, bobble st, sc 3, bobble st (12)(for bobble sts in this rnd pull through all the loops when 5 loops are left on your hook)

Rnd 5: sc 1 in each st around (12)

-Place safety eyes into the bobble sts from rnd 2

-Add mouth with black yarn and yarn needle

Rnd 6: sc 8, bobble st, sc 2, bobble st (12) (for bobble sts in this rnd pull through all the loops when 5 loops are left on your hook)

Rnd 7: dec, sc 1 and repeat around (8)

-Fo with a long tail, sew closed, and weave in end!
